2022 forest bathing diary

Every month we have the opportunity to 'forest bathe' under a new full moon. Personally, I used to be afraid of the dark - but now I find a comfort in being amongst the trees at night, feel supported and looked after by them and the animals around us. The land sounds different and certainly looks different and our senses are heightened in the new light we experience during a session - but fear not, as a small group we will be there together.​
