A Mindfull Morning at Insh Marshes - Saturday 23rd April, 08:00-11:00

Join us for a special morning of nature connection and mindfulness at the gorgeous Insh Marshes Nature Reserve near Kingussie.

During the morning you we shall have the opportunity to experience an hour long yoga session from the comfort of the stunning 'Lookout Hide' - the hide, with its large picture windows overlooks the marshes and with its soft wooden flooring, it really does make the best and most unique setting for a yoga session! Jo will gently guide us through a dynamic yoga flow (suitable for beginners), whilst the day awakens and we look out across the stunning marshlands and watch its abundant wildlife.

The Lookout Hide makes a perfect yoga studio!

You will also be able to explore the Reserve as I guide you during a gentle forest bathing journey along the Invertromie trail - the rushing water will add to the birdsong around us and along the trails we shall hope to find a moment of calm and peace, whilst immersing ourselves in the unique nature found at the Reserve.

We'll finish off the morning by coming together to share some delicious homemade food and drink, provided by a local bakery.

Booking essential, via the RSPB here.
